Here's the skinny on the "Bulger" WOD.

Most of us had a chance to work through "Bulger" last week. We did a variation on the theme, by changing the WOD from 10 rounds for time to a spicy 20-min AMRAP to make sure everyone could squeeze it into a 1-hour WOD. Surprisingly, there were no complaints!

James was smart and went light to give his back a chance to get back into tip top shape.
